I had bought this product including for "noise cancelling" capability based on its description on the web site. I found out only today, when the first time I wanted to use it, that the product does not have "noise cancelling" capability, and also, the "volume" knob does not work, I cannot rotate it. Well, apparently, it's too late for me to return it. But, as a minimum, Amazon needs to correct the description for the product regarding the noise cancelling feature which doesn't exist, so it does not fool another buyer.. Thanks.
