I couldn't get the software to just send it to local drive first. Tech support was basically useless. Told me to keep uninstalling it and deleting temp files and folders and then reinstall. Hardware worked great, the software to create a movie to Disk didn't work. Neither did trying to burn it to DVD. Couldn't send it directly to DVD either. Software sucks. Returning this POS software product.
