I have used this product as my source for quality Vitamin D. Unfortunately, all the pills arrived all melted together like several other reviewers have mentioned. UPDATE: Jan 8, 2018: This product caused chronic diarrhea. I waited until I had my results to be sure, but it was the definitive cause of diarrhea for the entire five months that I took it. Unfortunately, during that time, I saw 4 doctors and had a dozen tests run to determine the problem, but it ended up being THIS PILL. This is very frustrating and should be a warning to others if you are experiencing issues.
