Maybe for a doll...
The measurements are of the completely unzipped bag. The diagram is intentionally misleading. My dog REALLY wanted this to work, he stuffed himself into it but it's much too small. It also weighs nothing. This is not for cold weather. It's so thin and light it feels like an "American Girl" doll prop or something. Shame because he would have liked it.
