Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This was the last item for our nursery and I had really high hopes based on other reviews. When I opened the box after it arrived I almost cried. The product I received was VERY poorly cut and much smaller than anticipated. I ordered the 16" based off other reviewers and received an item in which the letters are roughly 4" tall. I do understand they measure from beginning to end but seeing how other reviewers had names similar length with much larger letters I am confused. I did contact the seller concerning the incredibly poor quality and size and was told I could order a larger size, the quality wasnt even addressed which is all the more frustrating. I cant even use this item for her door because of how bad it looks. I have attached photos for reference.
