Received with LCD cover dislodged, no biggie! Made a horrible racket when first turned on, leave the volume low for a minute or two, livable. After 30 days the LCD went out. Called NAXA and was advised that I could return it to them for repair the shipping cost would be at my expense and that I had to also send an additional $20. for them to return the unit to me! BIGGIE!!! They advised that I should return to Amazon as purchase was within 60 days. Called Amazon and they agreed to the return even though it was just over their 30 day return policy. I recommend a different manufacturer. Kudos to CS "Nancy" at NAXA, I know you have to use the "Company Line" and to Amazon for their excellent support.
