The item arrived just yesterday as a replacement for my UPC. Once installed the unit never stopped beeping - even after 18 hours of charging. The monitoring software said "replace" this new unit. When I put the original battery back in the beeping stopped. I then tried to return it and found out the Amazon policy doesn't allow for return of these types of items. Hey Amazon - I spend many thousands with you each year - this is not how to deal with a very regular customer... who will now be considering other places to shop!
