I used to own previous model of this pillow and it was awesome. Unfortunately, left it behind when leaving the plane, so decided to get a replacement. The only model available now is this 'new and redesigned' one. It's an example of redesign going bad. I don't know what exactly they fixed inside, but on the outside it is significantly less convenient. The old one was more round and was giving more 'volume' which translated to more flexibility - I could inflate it to the maximum and fill out bigger space behind my back, or deflate a bit to accomodate tighter spaces. This new pillow is almost flat. It does not help me in half of the situations I have to sit for a long time. Too bad everybody is out of stock on the older model - I would have paid double price for it.
