Ive been buying these FOREVER! Love them, they are a great product. However- Their customer service is horrible. They apparently repackaged their product which now arrives in bags instead of boxes. This has caused the chocolate bars to become smashed & broken in pieces. This is a HUGE prob for peeps on the go like me, since i cant just unwrap the bar & eat it now because its a pile of chocolate crumbs that fall everywhere! Even though I politely requested a replacement & offered to return the others, they basically said, tough- nothing we can do. These are not cheap- so to have them arrive in shambles & un-useable to me for lunch breaks & on the go- well, I'm over it. Too bad. I was willing to be a forever customer, but I wont be buying any longer.
