These were the highest rated hangers and were at a good price... Well, the one star reviews were accurate. I pulled the hangers out and rubbed the velvet between two fingers. SO MUCH black velvet dust or specks came off and stuck to my hand. When I looked at where I laid the hangers on the floor, I can see a film of the black dust. If this bothers you, you should go with wooden or stainless steel or even plastic hangers. On the plus side, Amazon gave me my refund easily with no issues.
