Updated the review again, and dropping it to 1 star: I am very surprised that amazon refuses to let me return it after owning it for 1.5 months as the return window is closed. The first assistant filled up a warranty form for me but the manufacturer never contacted me. So I contacted amazon again, and the 2nd assistant gave me a number of the manufacturer to call, I called the number and there is no answer. I left a voicemail and they never called me back. I thought amazon has good customer service. Very disappointed :( --------------- Updated review and dropping it to 2 stars after owning it for 1.5 months => The cable cracked :( ----------------original review after owning it for 1 week -------------------- I am very surprised to see how much stuffs it sucked out of my bed! Only one person, no pets, I cannot believe I produced so many dead skins within a week! Never had a bed vacuum before, no I cannot live without this!
