In using this product, I find it dangerous and unsafe. The bottom beneath the burners is flat and quite shallow. Fat from a product being grilled will grilled will run off to the bottom and catch on fire. It won't drain to the drip pan below and instead will ignite. Flames will engulf the item being grilled and shoot out the sides of the grill. An accident waiting to happen. Amazon states it is beyond the return period of 30 days and will not take it back. I am stuck for $144.00 and another $50 for accessories I purchased through Cuisinart and The Bar-BQ Guys. BUYER BEWARE! Update 8/28 - Amazon refused to take product back because the 30 day return window had passed. They told me to deal with the company that actually sold it. I called the company and they said they could do nothing as it was purchased through Amazon. The gentleman I spoke with agreed with me that the grill was of poor design. Again BUYER BEWARE...... I am really disappointed with Amazon..
