I was convinced to buy this low-priced incense by the many positive reviews here. Although it sounded unlikely, I thought it might be a quality product for a low price. Even BEFORE burning, they do not have a strong smell, and they really smell VERY LITTLE like REAL Frankincense and Myrrh. If you are buying for that "Church" or sacred/holy smell, look elsewhere. Once lit, it goes downhill from there. They smell almost entirely of smoke and a generic "incense" smell. At this point, they really DON'T smell anything like Frankincense or Myrrh. They give off a ton of smoke, smelling acrid and burnt. I burned an entire stick, waiting for the frankincense to "kick in". It never did. I regularly use real frankincense and myrrh, the stuff they use in Churches, and while I didn't expect it to smell just like the real resins, I thought it might have the tiniest resemblance or at least might be pleasant. It doesn't and it isn't. I will probably toss the rest of my sticks in the trash as I wouldn't want to subject anyone else to them. They were packaged nicely and shipped promptly, but that's about the only nice thing I can say about this product.
