I have few gripes about these earphones. First off, they're generous enough to send a few different pairs of earpieces, but if you're actually not using the wing tipped ones seen in the pictures, it will easily fall out of your ears. Now, you might say, "well, I have earphones and they don't fall out so it will be fine," but these are not your average earphones. Since the actual earphones contain the batteries, these stick out of your ear a lot with weight distribution at the end, which causes these to fall out very, very easily. I was actually shocked how much these stick out, so be aware. Second, the signal cuts out very frequently during my bicycle rides. I'm not entirely sure, because my iPhone 7 stays in one spot. Either way, it's really annoying to have the music stop playing frequently. Third, my left earphone has a static sound coming out. It doesn't happen on my right one, so I'm assuming I somehow received a defective unit. It shows what kind of quality control they have for these. Either way, I only paid $40 for this, but I should've spent more on Jaybirds. OH, BY THE WAY - This company will send you emails and harass you into reviewing this product. I've so far received 5 emails. Amazon seriously need to take care of this like they did with incentivized reviews.
