I have purchased several of these cold packs and while they work really well for awhile, two of them have simply split at the seams for no reason. I use them for back pain; they are laid flat in my freezer with nothing on top of them, and placed behind my back with a towel around them in a while I am sitting in a soft chair. The first one that split was over a year old, but this time it is under a year. The rerun policy stated that I only had a month for return or replacement. Bogus!!!!! I am very disappointed.
