First thing is I love my Amazon echos and smart hub. I have a 4k ultra HD TV and thought this would be perfect . I open the box get it all hooked up, and try to play music from the device on multiroom , I could not get it to work so I called Amazon and was told it does not support multi room music. this is a huge disappointment . If you already have an (echo and a fire stick) by purchasing this you get nothing more than you already have you actually get less. I think Amazon should drop the price because you are paying $120.00 for less features and does less than a $40 echo. If you want 4k buy the 4k fire stick and a echo you get all the features of the echo and 4k and you will save and it will work. The window for returns is still open . I think I will return it and buy the 4k Fire stick and save 70 bucks. If you are thinking of purchasing one I think you should hold off until they bring the price down and they will looking at all the bad reviews and it just came out this week. second, shortfall with 4K Fire cube is the wires enclosed is a photo , it is very messy with all the wires needed to get it to work. third shortfall, The unit does not have a speaker out, unlike the echo where you plug your speakers into the output, this unit has an external IR port. Amazon are you listening , the IF extender should have a microphone on it so you can hide this mess in a cabinet and just put out the mic/ir extender. Keep in mind this is what I found in just a few days, This is going to be amazones ME, you get less for more money
