Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I received the book on Kindle at midnight, finished it at about 4pm (with a couple of breaks in there for naps.) I love the author's books (and let me clarify here, I've read most of them, starting with Brotherhood of War in the late 80s,) but was extremely let down by this one. And yes, I read the 'afterward' and the author's explanation. I'm sorry, I just can't get behind the reasoning to turn out a shoddy book like this. Sadly disappointed. I'll be extremely wary of the next book.
