I am disabled and thought these would be easy for me to use, so I was excited to get them. When they arrived they came in that vacuum packed plastic that we all just love (sarcasm) and I damn near cut my finger trying to open it. Well it doesn't completely cut everything it advertises but it definitely cuts smaller fruits and vegetables with ease. The scissor part doesn't spring back so I have to use two hands. the little piece in the middle just came rite off when I opened it and it never did stay on when my gf put it back together. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it seems like a good idea on paper but just doesn't work for me:(
