First, I am an electronic engineer and setup much more sophisticated equipment than the Halo View. When it stayed connected to my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, I loved it. Sadly, it disconnected from my phone frequently, had to do factory resets and setting it up in the app again. Lost connection again and again. I followed ALL the troubleshooting tips from the Amazon website to the point, realizing that the tests for the design must not have been completed. When it fails once, it might be user error, if it fails two times I raise my eyebrows, when it fails more than 3 times a bad product can be assumed. For Amazon ... Do not bring products on the market before they are ready, you have a reputation to lose.
