Bought this for lighting pellets for my smoker. Usdd it one time and now it will not ignite when the button is pressed. Cannot even light it with a flame. Totally useless. I see the comments about holding it upright, etc. Does not matter how it is held, it don't work. Update: I contacted the manufacturer since there is a limited 3 year warranty. Their response was that Amazon handles their warranty returns. Problem is that after 30 days Amazon doesn't list the option of return/replacement and Amazon doesn't have anyway to contact them on this website that one can easily find.
