Update: after posting the original review (note that I contacted the company about the zipper before I posted the original review), I was contacted and offered $30 dollars to remove my review. I counter-offered saying I would change it to 5 stars and post an update saying that they took care of me and was now happy, but they said I had to erase the part where the zipper failed. I don't really think that's ethical so I declined and am now downgrading to 2-stars because these are very shady tactics to cover up flaws in their products and maintain high ratings. ---------- Original 3 star review Great suitcase, but zipper failed just after 18 months of use and the warranty only covers zippers for 18 months. Good and fast customer service, however. Solid 3 star product.
