My goodness this is an awful app. Of course there's the fact that it is quite a shady app in general, a free download but you have to pay for the access. Most apps for television channels ask you to go through a process proving you have the channel in your cable package but here you have to straight out pay. Plus it is 5.99 which is almost as much as Netflix and nowhere near worth it. We're actually using the app on the free trial and it is terrible. The buffering and sudden random drops in quality made it unbearable to watch and it would constantly freeze. We were trying to watch the NCAA men's championship basketball game so you can imagine how awful it was trying to watch, having it freeze and then jump forward the minute you missed just to return to a pixelated mess. Don't bother, cancel that subscription and delete the app. www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions and under actions turn off auto renew (if you are still in your free trial)- had to call to get the info because the navigation for fire tv stick is so convoluted.
