Would give it Zero if I could!! As a long-time customer of the Norelco one blade, I wanted to try this product as I had got fed up paying the high price of the Norelco blades. This product looks good in and out of the box. It charged quickly but that is where the good points end. When attempting to shave my throat, neck and face it appeared that the blade was faulty and cut me quite badly causing me to bleed for several minutes and I must add that I was very gentle with it. In addition it seems that the blade guards fitted very badly and that everything was very cheaply made. Overall having suffered a painful cut from this device I am very unimpressed with the quality of its manufacture and do not recommend that you buy it.
