Not crazy about this skillet. The non-stick surface is rough, and not very non-stick. It also doesn't get as hot or cook as evenly as my old skillet. The fold-away feature is nice for storage, but that's the only thing it has going for it. Considering that this is more expensive than most other comparable skillets, I'm very disappointed. -- Update 07/21/2016: I downgraded my review to 1 star. The non-stick surface started coming off after the first use. There are now 6 spots I can see where it has come off, and I'm afraid to use it anymore. I have always washed it by hand, and so far the only thing I've used it for is pancakes and once for beef stroganoff. Regarding the stroganoff, that requires reducing the liquid down to almost nothing, which took FOREVER. The skillet barely kept a boil, let alone a rolling boil enough to reduce liquid. I'm going to try contacting Presto's warranty department about the non-stick surface, but not hopeful, as I'll probably have to "return it for inspection" at MY expense. Shameful.
