1) Attached photo is how many cotton balls/wipes it usually takes to remove two coats of waterproof mascara and light powder countouring (also pictured) - no foundation, concealer, bronzer, etc. etc. I followed the directions of soaking the cotton ball, then holding over my eyes for several seconds. 2) It separates quickly and needs to be shaken between wipes. It does seem to be gentle on my skin. It has no fragrance, and does not feel oily. The bottle says it is non-comedogenic and won’t clog pores, which does seem to be the case.
