I ordered two of these rugs. The larger rug was way larger than the measurements provided on the website. Almost a foot longer and 6 inches wider. The smaller rug was misshaped. Awful customer service! I tried to return the rugs and they wanted me to pay for return shipping which is atrocious for large rugs and a restocking fee! I had high hopes for these rugs because of the positive reviews but they were awful. I tried to use the larger one because I was stuck with $500 dollars worth of awful jute rugs but when I vacuumed it, the jute started to fall apart! I ended up dropping them off at a donation center. Just awful!
