Printer appeared in good condition. Setup was easy but when I installed the cartridges they were not recognized by the printer. Included in the box were two used cartridges but with two opened wrapper and the tape that covers the print heads - looked legit - provided assurance the seller wanted to prove to the buyer they are getting genuine HP cartridges. Went to Costco and purchased 2 new 63XL HP cartridges - now it works fine. When I purchased this printer I thought I was getting a good price. If this printer had been delivered without cartridges I would have said fine, will go purchase them. But the ruse of including the HP cartridge wrappers for counterfeit cartridges gives me the conclusion this is not a reputable seller. BTW: the 2 XL cartridges cost $0.10 more than the printer!
