They need to get a dictionary. "Never. Adverb. 1. Not ever; at no time in the past or future. 2. Not at all; certainly not, not in any circumstances." OK, maybe they are using the first definition, since the first one does not mention the present. This kinks. Repeatedly. Sure, it seems durable. Sure, it doesn't leak. But sure, it does kink. So they need a dictionary, because never doesn't mean what they think it means. I try not to banter "hate" about as it is a strong word and it should be used with reservation, sparingly. "Hate. Verb. Dislike intensely; feel antipathy or aversion towards." OK, so I do dislike intensely and definitely feel aversion toward this hose. In that case, I hate this "never" kink hose. Extra heavy duty. Maybe extra heavy duty kinks. Guarantee? Sure, with caveats, as others have mentioned. Good luck getting that guarantee honored. I think part of the problem is how they ship it. They ties are too tight and the hose tends to kink in the same areas, and these areas coincidentally are where the ties push into the hose. I think the ties may damage the anti-kink feature at those points. I may see if I can wrap those kink-points with a thick layer of duct tape to help the hose not kink. I will give that a try and report back.
