I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. When my unit broke after about ten, maybe fifteen uses, the company said that I would have to pay for shipping both ways to have it replaced. In the end, as another reviewer said, I will have to pay nearly as much for shipping as it would cost me to buy another one of these things. I think perhaps it might have been better to buy it at Bed Bath and Beyond, where I could just have returned it in the store. I am really disappointed with Cuisinart's warranty.
