I do not recommend this product (6 inch by 36 inch Evo foam roller from ProSource Discounts Inc.). I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I should have returned it but I foolishly didn't use it right away and threw out the packaging in the meantime. This roller is not made of really dense foam that holds up under pressure, but rather acts like "memory" foam. The description and reviews suggest it is tough but it is not. I bought it to carry out an exercise my physical therapist assigned me. I was supposed to lie on it on my back so gravity could pull on my free shoulders to help stretch my shoulder muscles. But THE VERY FIRST TIME I did this the roll deformed and has not bounced back since (see photo attached). I weight 120 pounds so I knew the foam had to be strong but I also knew I was n't going to be standing on it or putting my full weight on it. It looked and felt dense when I first inspected it so I didn't worry. I should have know better. The price was lower than the rolls I looked at in Dicks Sporting Goods. You get what you pay for. I have completely wasted $17.99, which isn't just peanuts. I don't know how all those other reviewers were able to supposedly do all they do with it because mine let me down (literally!) the first time it was used!ProSource Flex Foam Roller, Blue, Full Size, 36 x 6-inches
