I was very excited when this Tamicon Tamarind paste arrived. But when open it it was black and runny. (Manufacture date May 2015.) I am Asian and have used Tamarind paste all my life. Tamarind paste is lighter in color and the consistency is thicker. Never seen anything like this. I refuse to use this.
DO NOT want to buy this item again.
