It is unwise to buy any Wise product.
I would encourage all prospective customers looking at purchasing this product to stop for a minute and do some simple math. The total calorie count for this product is 21,600. The company is promoting it to feed one person for one month. If you take the calorie count at 21,600 and divide by 30 days, this product will only give you 720 calories per day. The average guideline is 2000 calories per day, in a non active lifestyle. If there is an emergency situation, you will probably be consuming well above 2000 calories per day.
I would strongly encourage you to use your favorite internet search engine and do some research into the false claims that this has up to a 25 year shelf life, it's very high sodium content, the lack of meat (this item is all flavors or soy products, and all the reviews that show most people would put the Wise food company on the bottom of the flavor list.
Being prepared is an excellent idea. There are many REPUTABLE companies out there making similar products without all the false advertising. Augason Farms has a bucket with 54,000 calories for only $84 and that isn't on sale. Augason Farms 30-Day Emergency Food Storage Supply Pail Mountain House, a flavor favorite for many, makes pouches, buckets and kits that actually are correctly packaged to last 30 years and contain real meat.
