I'm writing to express my displeasure with the Pet Gear Pet Stroller, Model - Pet Gear No-Zip Special Edition Pet Stroller, with Zipperless Entry, Chocolate. We purchased it back in August of this year through Amazon and have only used it when traveling. The basket section of the stroller where our pet sits is tearing. Her weight is 22 pounds which is not the cause of the issue. It appears the material is being torn by the metal tubing structure of the stroller on both sides. Once a tear starts, it basically unravel. Being that the stroller has been in our possession for less than five months, this was not acceptable. It is obviously a product quality issue. The stroller itself is great. The problem is the quality of the material used for the basket.
