I FEEL CHEATED! This First Aid Kit was supposed to contain 299 Items, and if you count a single package of two pills as 2 Items, a package of two gauze pads as 2 Items, then I suppose it does contain 299 Items. That is absurd! Who in the world would count a sealed package of two pills as 2 Items or a sealed, sterile package of two gauze pads as 2 Items? Once either is opened, then even if only one pill or sterile pad is used, the other becomes unusable since the package has been opened. There is absolutely no doubt that the DESCRIPTION OF THIS FIRST AID KIT IS DECEPTIVE!
