This watch was great at first, although the app's sleep tracker did not display sleep for more than 2 days prior (supposed to be 7). After about a week and a half of use, the STEP COUNTER stopped working on the watch. This is very frustrating, considering that it was the main reason I wanted a smart watch. I set up a return and replacement. Within two weeks, the step tracker completely stopped working on the new watch. I decided to keep it, though, because I liked the watch face and being able to read texts and call ID without pulling out my phone. I was really frustrated, though, that after I initially posted this review (a 2-star), the seller company began sending me email requests for us to take down this review (4 emails in total, progressively adding incentives to convince us to lie about the quality and they would provide us with cheap products from their website or getting a full refund and a $10 gift certificate). I wish they'd stop. I would not recommend this product.
