I bought three of these. Two at first - and was so pleased, I bought a third. I wish I had waited. The first two have become difficult to unlock even with the correct pin code. The third? Arrived unable to unlock using the default pin code. Master's phone number had a nice long wait time, so I never got through to anyone. So I went to Amazon to return. Sounds about right - brand new, defective product, return it to the vendor? WRONG - you can't return this product. I've searched the product page several times and found no mention of this - it's not until you go through the return process that you learn you can't return it, even if defective. So I'm out $10 for an ugly paperweight, and have to hope the other two hold up. Don't do it to yourself - run for the hills for a product from a manufacturer who builds stuff that works, that will support it if it fails, and from a vendor who actually honors their return policy.
