I didn’t notice any improvement in sleep with the first bottle. So I thought I would try a second bottle as maybe I just needed more time. The second bottle came with capsules that looked moldy. The first bottle had capsules with a white substance. The second had capsules with green mixed in with the white. Not only that but there were only 58 capsules when the quantity was 60. So I didn’t feel safe with the company’s quality control. Which was the correct supplement? Was the bottle I had almost completed (the one on the left with the 4 white capsules) the correct one? What was I putting in my body. What would I be putting in my body if I used the second bottle. I threw out those last 4 capsules and requested a return of the bottle with the green capsules. I left a message for the company and never got a reply. So I’ve lost all trust for this company and wrote this review. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
