After putting a $70 bag of food in the container and coming back to find it full of ants, I thought maybe I didn't close the lid tight enough. I filled out with water, tightened the lid, turned it over, and the water came pouring out from under the lip (not the lid). Now it's too late to turn and I can't figure out how to contact the seller.
