Ordered this product on Amazon and when it came brand new it was all fine for the first few 2 weeks. After the third week highly disappointed with such a brand name in the market, its been just 25 days since I bought this pitcher and looks like it automatically developed 5-6 cracks at the bottom as if manufactured out of cheap plastic (Made in China??) , 2 of them really big cracks that water started leaking out and now every-time I refill the pitcher water is all over my table/ floor. I can assure you that I never dropped this thing neither do I handle it roughly, but this pitcher seems so brittle that it just couldn't hold the weight of 10 cups of water as publicized and cracked on its own. 10 cups is really not it's cup of tea, trust me. I already contact the seller about the issue on 25th day, I would be more happy if I get money back instead of a replacement since I don't want to use it again and then it breaks then I ask for a replacement again. Its just too much of unwanted pain. Going for a smaller size and a better brand would be wise. Thanks! Vikas
