If this fits small on your head, there is no way to adjust it to make it fit better. It can only fit larger heads more snuggly, but if its loose on you, your out of luck because there is not a single way to adjust it to fit higher on a smaller head. Edit: Knocking down to 1 star, The more I use these the more I hate them, they are absolutely terribly designed, you cant adjust the ear cups to make the fit better, sound crackles at higher volumes and if there is alot of sound going on at once, they seems cheaply made, just bad design choices, and a major downgrade from the previous Sony Gold headsets. Avoid these like the plague, I hope more thought went into designing the PS5 than these junk headphones.
