I enjoy a wide variety of humor. The occasional "f-bomb" does not bother me. This book is an example that too many vulgar words are simply NOT funny. Being a birdwatcher, I was looking forward to a great read. I actually purchased this book as a birthday present for my birdwatching spouse. I had to apologize for my selection. I have read this book once, and that was one time too many. This book will end up in the "charity" box. What a disappointment. Don't buy this book. Donate the money you save to a birding organization instead.
