You get what you pay for .....
Arrived with broken USB section (Top part cracked off), remote that did not work and one of the massager motor wires severed. (See attached pictures). I contacted support and they sent the wrong USB part 2 times (Twice) even after I sent detailed pictures (twice). I gave up and sent the unit back.
