My milk supply dropped dramatically after taking this
I started this vitamin about one month to maybe six weeks ago. 3 weeks ago I went to see the lactation nurse because my milk supply dropped dramatically. We were both very confused because I was doing everything right. As soon as it dropped I started feeding every two hours again including through the night even though my daughter was four months old 3 weeks ago. I pumped after every single feeding and even did two power pumps a day. This is why my laction nurse and I were confused. I should of had enough milk for twins after that. I showed her that I was taking this vitamin and she told me to stop taking it because it has lemon balm in it. Lemon balm is in the peppermint family and dries breast milk up. After not taking it for 2 days my milk came back. I am very upset that a company that makes a postnatal and lactation support vitamin knows so little about lactation. I would never trust this company to know what is healthy for me or my family again. Next time I will go with a company that believes in their product enough to guarantee it.
