Privacy Codes for repeaters
This is a nice radio for simplex GMRS. If you intend to use it with repeaters, be warned that you can only define a single code per channel (transmit and receive will be the same). There are many repeaters out there that have separate codes for transmit and receive, and you will not be able to use this radio on those repeaters. This is a major design flaw.
