Let me start by saying the photography and originality are wonderful. To me this is more of a coffee table book than a craft book. Only nine stitches are used in the book, none of which are illustrated. She basically tells you to "watch online videos, take classes or read how-to books" to learn how to do the stitches. There are patterns in the back of the book with no instructions of how to transfer the patterns to fabric. I feel the author was quite lazy as the instructions would have only required an additional few pages. Not a how-to book for sure.
