I received this product earlier this week, and I used it this morning. I ordered "The Perfect Package". The toiletry bag it came in is ok. Nothing special. Definitely wouldn't pay $39.99 for it (they advertise it's a $39.99 value). The Lawn Mower 2.0 is NOT "Skin Safe" as advertised. During the process of trimming down there, my floor ended up looking like a Jackson Pollock painting. Blood everywhere. The one positive thing about the Lawn Mower 2.0 is that when I did get cut, it didn't hurt. I didn't even realize I was cut until it was too late. I kept spraying it with some hair clipper lubricant (mineral oil in aerosol form) during the trimming and it worked a little better than using it dry. It wasn't the closest trim I've ever had, but it's consistent with every other crappy battery-powered trimmer I've tried. It leaves just over 1/16" hairs, which will feel soft in a few days I'm sure. Right now it feels like 60-grit sandpaper. I haven't used anything else from the kit just yet, but I'm very disappointed in the Lawn Mower 2.0. So much so that I'm probably not going to try any of it. I'm happy I found a coupon code for 20% off and only paid $60. Goodbye $60. Time to go back to searching for a good solution, or at least a better one. My ball deserves better. Yes. I said ball. I have only one. Deal with it.
