I have to say I was really disappointed in this product. I mainly bought this vacuum because it claimed that hair would not wrap around the brush roll. I have three teenage girls with long hair. I was tired of the hair getting wrapped around the brush roll. I read a great review that said it was true to its word. Not in my case! The first time I used this vacuum I looked at the brush roll and found no hair. Yay! I was so excited. The second time I forgot to look. The third time... hair was wrapped around the brush roll. Its not like I waited a month in-between vacuuming. I vacuum once a week. I had every intention on sending it back ,because it didn't do what it said it would do. Unfortunately, I had a busy month and by the time I got around to sending it back, I was a day late. Now, I am stuck with this over priced vacuum that doesn't live up to what it says it will do. If you are buying this product for the soul purpose of hair not getting wrapped around the brush roll, find another product. This vacuum has suction control so I guess if you want the option of very little suction this might be a good option for you. If Shark wants a tester for vacuums where they claim the hair doesn't wrap around the brush roll. I would be happy to be the tester before they put it on the market.
