Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Notice that reviews from two years ago are really good, and most all of the recent reviews are really bad. Somewhere along the way Hasbro screwed up, and R2 is now worthless. We ordered one for Christmas and found him to be practically inoperative. He would constantly lock up his movements, and continually try to reboot. His common response was to shake his head "no" at every command. We found that Hasbro has no tech support nor any way to reach their customer service. After trying R2 for two weeks, we asked Amazon to send a replacement. To their credit, they admitted there was a problem with all their stock and offered an immediate refund. So I would give this Hasbro 0; Amazon 5 stars.
