In The Swim was 5 stars for me until my latest container of 3" tablets. The tablets look dated and when applying the same amount of product to my pool it was ineffective. Measured chlorine before and after even with increased dosage did nothing. These have obviously been sitting around or poor quality control. I have used In The Swim products since 2015 from shock to tablets and always been happy until now. So as a loyal customer I call Customer Care and got the run around needing to follow protocol, review the contents and images, then provide solution all while my pool turns green. So I have to buy new tablets at a pool store to keep this from happening now all while waiting on protocol. Advice to In The Swim: I wouldn't be calling if the product was working and if you want to keep customers loyal provide them with solutions during these times like a few tablets the next day while waiting for protocol. Very disappointing.
