Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I loved using this. But it wasn't cheap! And there isn't much of a growing season here in Minnesota. With all the positive reviews I expected to get more than a summer and one quarter use out of it. But the pin that slides inside the ratchet broke and is gone. It's now useless. That certainly doesn't leave me a Satisfied Customer when I haven't gotten my money's worth of use yet. And I can't find a customer service contact number for Gardenite. So I am very disappointed in the purchase at this stage, and I can't give it more than a one star rating.
